This should be a good class 10 A1 rated card (not A2) I use 16GB or 32GB ones (Kingston or SanDisk). One thing that could be at fault that the above will not fully show is your sd-card. The first command gives a basic idea of the parallel sequence with the second creating a graphic (you will need the GUI or another computer to view the picture). If nothing springs to mind from the basic list then look to use systemd-analyze critical-chain I would expect a Pi Zero to connect within 15 seconds using DHCP on a home network TBH. This should show some of the guilty programs that could be delaying the start. This will give lots of text (use the down arrow to scroll to the end) - the number at the start of the line is the number of seconds that service took to start - you CANNOT add these up and get to the total time as services start in parallel.
